Some Frequently Asked Questions

I am a people person and I really enjoy learning about each of my clients. This is why I am often told that my clients feel very comfortable with me which is probably why most of my work comes from recommendations. I am also a person who gives a great deal of myself and time to give you the best possible edited photos. I truly want you to be happy with the work me and my colleagues produce for you. 

When I work with people, I take a lot of time and gently suggest poses, since I really want to find the unique, meaningful moments with each person, mitzvah girl or boy, wedding, engagement couple or family.

Of course I do posed photos which are in mostly every photo session, but I do my best to create a comfortable warm atmosphere where they can be themselves and have fun! I don't like to tell people what to do, I want to give them the space to be themselves and look natural.

In fact, once they feel comfortable they sometimes forget I am there and might try something fun and different. I also think it is great to get the moments in between the posed photos which they don't expect.

I am always looking for emotional moments when they don't realize I am taking them. For instance the reactions from parents and the mitzvah teen when they are watching their montage, or the emotional parents during the wedding ceremony, or friends giggling during a party game.

I offer a variety of packages and pricing and I will try to work with you to find the best package for your budget. In some cases, I can work out a payment plan.

Behind the scenes all your vendors are working hard to make it a great day for you and your family - the Event Planner, DJ, Designer, Venue, Caterer, M.C, Videographer and the Photographer.

So, my advice is after you have made all your plans and completed all your preparations for your Wedding, Mitzvah, Corporate, and Birthday parties, take a deep breath and let go, have fun, dance and we will capture all your special moments.

Album Design Process

The typical album comes with 80 photos (30-35 pages)

• A few different color choices for cover
• 2 lines of print on the cover
• Approximately 2-5 photos on a page

The Album Steps

• First you get your final high resolution edited images in the online gallery
• Next you would choose your 80 favorites for your album in the online gallery.
• Including details that can be used in the background
• We then take your 80 favorites and have our designer do a proof of your album within a couple of weeks.
• You will receive a link of a digital draft and you can make photo changes
• Once you are happy with the album we will proceed with printing
• The album takes 2-3 weeks to print and be shipped

• Cover colors
• Type of cover, linen, leather, faux leather, etc.
• More photos
• Cameo photo on cover
• Full cover photo
• Duplicate albums 6x6 or 8x8

My portrait studio is in Huntington, NY, but I typically travel to other nearby areas of Long Island, such as Dix Hills, Syosset, Plainview, Northport and other nearby areas of Long Island.

We also serve NYC, Bergen County, North Jersey, Westchester and the Metro Areas.
